I stayed for 3 nights with my family in the King room. It was comfy but a bit smaller than I expected. The bed was super cozy, and I loved the breakfast options – so tasty! Just wish they had a Nespresso machine in the room, that would have been nice.

Family with children amazing experience

The staff were very nice, especially one receptionist who went out of her way to help us check in early what a lifesaver that was. The breakfast was delicious with fresh options made to order that was a real treat for the kids.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got it was still reasonable.

The rooftop bar has an amazing vibe, and the spacious rooms felt luxurious. The decor was on point, and the cocktails were to die for!

my stay at the gantry was absolutely amazing! the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the westfield shopping centre. the staff were super helpful, and the rooms were large and cozy. the shower was fantastic, and the first-class breakfast had the best scrambled eggs ever!

Had a wonderful two-night getaway! The friendly reception staff made us feel right at home. Enjoyed the spacious King Room, Mobility Accessible. The outdoor area on the first floor offered delightful meals. Tip, Definitely explore the nearby Westfield Mall for shopping delights!

I loved my stay in the Deluxe King Room, especially with the fantastic coffee options and the super comfy bed that made it feel like home. The rooftop garden was such a great spot for relaxation. The spa offered some much-needed pampering. The only thing I found a bit off was the TV lacking smart features, but it didn't really ruin my experience. 😊

We had a nice time at The Gantry. The King Gantry Room was comfortable but not as spacious as I expected. Breakfast offered a lovely variety and was definitely a highlight. The location is amazing, especially for attending gigs in the area. after the concert, we didn’t have to travel far. Service at breakfast was efficient, and Gloria, our server, was particularly attentive and friendly. check-in was very frustrating with a long queue. it felt like they could have had more staff on hand given the busy night. The upgrade we requested was very expensive and not quite worth the cost since one person had to sleep on a fold-out bed with just a sheet. We also faced a serious issue with charges on our account. An incorrect bar tab was linked to my room, and despite showing the signature didn’t match, the staff said they needed time to investigate. It’s been weeks, and I'm still waiting for reimbursement for several charges that were made incorrectly.

Had a decent stay for 3 nights. The room was a nice size and the shower was awesome! However, I waited ages to check out, but the lady who helped me was super nice. The location is fab—close to transport. Just wish the service was a bit more on point, a little rushed at times.
